The Willow Tree

A powerful symbol of resilience, growth, and deep-rooted strength—qualities that mirror the journey of motherhood. Known for its graceful flexibility, the willow bends in life’s storms without breaking. In the same way, mothers are called to adapt, stretch, and endure while nurturing others and often rediscovering themselves.

About

Your Willow Path

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I'm a perinatal mental health therapist and the founder of Willow Path Collective, a virtual practice dedicated to supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. As a mother myself who has walked through postpartum depression, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, I bring not only clinical expertise but lived understanding to the work we do together. At Willow Path Collective, I draw inspiration from the strength and flexibility of the willow—symbols of resilience, peace, and growth. Just like the path each of us walks, therapy should be personal, rooted, and uniquely yours. I value building a space where your story can be heard deeply and without judgment. My Approach Our first session is focused on hearing your story, understanding your goals, and beginning to co-create a path forward. I believe in collaborative care—blending active listening and compassionate support with honest, growth-oriented challenge. I often incorporate individualized homework, including podcasts, videos, or worksheets, to keep the process engaging and meaningful between sessions. For those who seek it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith as part of the healing journey. If you're looking for a place to feel supported, understood, and gently guided toward healing—I’d be honored to walk with you.
